Hey Nutty, I've got a huge problem, that I have been dealing with for years. When I was younger I used to be really social, but as I got older I started having problems talking to people I just meet and even some of my friends. When ever I try to talk to someone I have a massive panic attack. And because of this I have lost most of the friends I made. I don't know what to do anymore, and this is making me depressed. Do you have any advice to help me? because I would love to talk to people again.

Deep breathes could help with the panic attacks… is it because of self-confidence? Or worrying people will judge you? I try my hardest not to think about that. When I talk to someone, I do my best to see them as just another human being, who has their own problems and skeletons in their closet just like me. When I do that, it seems less scary.
